Mecanizado placa AP6, cajeados, interpolaciones circulares y ciclos fijos.

En este ejemplo de mecanizado de una placa veréis el uso de la función G02 y G03 en controles HAAS. Además de estas dos funciones se emplean otras muchas. Básicamente los mecanizados que se realizan son:

  • Cajeados rectangulares.
  • Coliso.
  • Taladrados.
  • Escariado.
  • Contorneado.
  • Punteados.

El plano de la pieza se adjunta a continuación. Siempre que haya plano es mucho más fácil realizar el programa y también efectuar el seguimiento del mismo. Las herramientas que se utilizan en este ejemplo son las siguientes:

T01: Fresa de ranurar 16 x 19.
T02: Fresa de acabado HSS K 14 x 26.
T04: Fresa de ranurar 6 x 8.
T05: Broca pre taladro.
T06: Broca helicoidal Ø6.6 x 63 mm.
T07: Macho de roscar M8 x 22.
T08: Fresa de ranurar Ø30 x 26.
T11: Fresa de escariado Ø20 mm.
T12: Fresa de acabado Ø6 x 24 mm.
T14: Broca helicoidal Ø19.8 x 140 mm.
